These Terms of Service govern the use of the website runtimeblueprint.jdkruegerco.com and the purchase of "The Runtime Blueprint" coaching intensive (the "Program") offered by JDKRUEGER OÜ, registry code 16961951, registered in Estonia ("we", "us", "our").
The Runtime Blueprint is a one-time, live 5-day intensive coaching program taking place from May 25 to May 29, 2026. The program includes:
The program is conducted in English. All communication, materials, and sessions are provided in English.
The Program is designed for agency owners, freelancers, service providers, and marketers with existing revenue who want to build autonomous agent systems using OpenClaw. The Program is not suitable for hobbyists, individuals with total AI budgets under $50/month, or those seeking passive video courses.
All prices are one-time payments. No refunds. No payment plans.
Payment is accepted exclusively via Wise (wise.com). Accepted methods through Wise include:
Your seat is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment instructions are sent via email after you submit the booking form. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of receiving the instructions.
All sales are final. Due to the live, exclusive, and limited nature of the Program, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
We strongly encourage you to review all program details, watch the free preview video, and ask any questions via Telegram or email before booking.
All materials provided during the Program, including but not limited to scripts, configurations, blueprints, and documentation, are the intellectual property of JDKRUEGER OÜ. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own business operations. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish these materials without written permission.
Sessions are live and interactive. Recordings are not provided. This is intentional to maintain cohort commitment and confidentiality. If you cannot attend a session, you may ask questions in the Telegram support group.
JDKRUEGER OÜ provides the Program on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or technical outcomes. Your results depend on your implementation, business model, and market conditions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Program shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
Runtime Partners earn $200 USD for each paid referral who uses their unique affiliate code. Affiliate payouts are made via Wise within 7 days of the cohort start date. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws. Spam, misleading claims, or unethical promotion will result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
